Virtual School Withdrawal Request
If you have completed an application to have your student/child enrolled in the virtual school program option for 2020-2021 and now want to cancel your request, answer the questions below. All requests to withdraw must be completed by Friday, August 7, 2020 at 5:00 PM. ONE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST MUST BE DONE FOR EACH CHILD YOU REGISTERED.
