We are proud to announce that teacher Tamahra Pringle is now a Master Coaching Teacher with the USC College of Education. Please congratulate her on her dedication and hard work with this endeavor.
The purpose of the Coaching Academy is to enhance Coaching Teachers ability to coach, mentor, and serve the Teacher Candidates of the College of Education by engaging in professional development directly connected to the art of coaching. In USC's year-long endeavor, the Coaching Academy met monthly (both in face-to-face Saturday sessions and virtual sessions) to provide participants tools, strategies, and supports to better engage teacher candidates in developmental coaching conversations aimed at meeting their needs as learners.
