Chief James Harris is a "WLTX Teacher of the Week"

Brandon Taylor from WLTX-TV surprised Chief James Harris with a certificate and a gift basket.

Chief will be honored on air on Tuesday, January 17, as the "WLTX Teacher of the Week." For once, Chief was - as he admitted - "speechless!"
