Jane Koch is a State Champion in 50 Freestyle
Our coaches Kelly Veeder and Lauren Dillon couldn't be prouder!
Jane Koch is the new 50-yard Freestyle State Champion. She also finished fifth in the 100-yard Free and led off both the 200-yard and 400-yard Freestyle Relays.
On the strength of their best times, our girls placed eighth out of the twenty-five teams in 4-A, and were first among Midlands swim teams.
Contributing to the team's success on the day was Eleanor Wachtel, who was sixth in the 200-yard Freestyle, seventh in the 100-yard Free, and anchored both the 200-yard and 400-yard Free Relays.
Lydia Conte placed fourteenth in the 100-yard Backstroke. She swam second on both the 200 and 400 Free Relays. Hannah Ammons was eighteenth in the 100-yard Breaststroke and swam third on both the free relays.
Lillian Ammons was twenty-fourth in the 100-yard Breaststroke and was joined by Lydia, Hannah, and Sam Norris on the thirteenth place 200-yard Medley Relay.
