Issues with Grading and Absences

Mr. Hasinger reminds you not to assign zeros or absences for missing assignments.  Grades on PowerSchool  should remain blank or be marked as missing.  Students will be given a grace period once we return to school. Multiple issues with Edmodo and Microsoft Teams have been reported.

Issues with Contacting Students

Try as you might, you may not be able to contact one or more of your students or their parents.  Please complete the form linked in Mr. Hasinger's email of March 19 with the subject, "Coronavirus Trama Informed."

Internt Access Options for Those Currently without Service
Beginning on March 26, Richland One will send WiFI equipped buses to nine sites. Students cannot enter the buses, but can access the internet from their cars.  Sites are listed here.

For families with limited access to high-speed internet or broadband services, Richland Library's WiFi will remain on and does extend to areas outside of 12 of the 13 library locations with the exception of Richland Library Sandhills.

If a family does not have internet access at home, please refer parents to the list of internet providers (as reported by WLTX) offering service to facilitate eLearning: Free or Discounted Internet Service.

In addition, Rachel Arroyo, our Social Worker, can helpp with accessing these resources. She can be reached via email (rachel.arroyo@richlandone.org)or by District Cell Phone (803-608-2947)
