Dreher Students Better State Averages on Ready to Work (R2W) Tests
Last spring students in their third year of high school were required to take four Ready to Work tests in Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, Reading for Information and Essential Soft Skills.
Dreher students exceed District and State averages in percentages of students receiving certificates for their scores.
Of the 270 juniors taking the Ready to Work tests in the spring of 2018, 87.8% received a performance certificate. Bronze certificates were awarded to 16.3% of test takers; silver to 57.4%; gold to 7%; and platinum to 7%.
This year's testing will be in April.
