Student Technology Replacement Fees

Dear Richland One Parents,

Students are responsible for the general care of laptops and chargers, hotspots and other technology that they are issued by the district to use during the school year. This responsibility includes handling the equipment with care to reduce the possibility of damage and keeping the devices in secure locations.

Richland One has established student technology replacement fees which will be assessed in the event that student laptops, chargers and hotspots are damaged, lost or stolen. Please talk with your child(ren) about the importance of taking care of their laptops and chargers, hotspots and/or other district-issued technology. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.
