Student Parking

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! We are looking forward to having you back on campus in a few short weeks! This letter contains important information for all seniors and juniors who wish to request a parking pass in order to park on campus this year. Please read this information carefully so you will know about the process for requesting and assigning parking passes.


A parking pass is required for all students who park on campus at A.C. Flora High School, and there are a limited number of parking spaces and passes on campus. Seniors will receive first priority as we issue parking passes. Parking Passes will be assigned to seniors in the order that the request was made on the parking form that was sent in the spring.


Once senior passes have been assigned, and if there are remaining spaces, juniors will then be assigned parking spaces after Labor Day. At that time, junior spaces will be assigned by lottery. If a junior is assigned a parking space, they will be contacted directly after Labor Day. This means juniors will need to make parking/transportation arrangements for the first few weeks of school. Also, please note that we anticipate very few, if any, junior parking spaces becoming available.


Regardless of grade level, in order to park on campus, we must have the following sent to

  • Copy of your driver’s license
  • Copy of your registration
  • Copy of your proof of insurance

**In addition, students who wish to request a parking pass must have completed the Alive at 25 course.


Many of you have already requested a parking pass for the upcoming school year, taken the Alive at 25 course, and sent in copies of the required information (license, registration, proof of insurance). Thank you! For seniors who have already completed these items, Mr. Spigner will send confirmation of your parking pass via email no later than August 9th. Once you have received your email confirmation, please plan to come to school on Tuesday, August 13th to purchase and receive your parking pass (schedule based on last name is below). Parking passes are $40 and we can accept checks or cash. All of this information will be included in the confirmation email sent by Mr. Spigner.

9:00 am – 10:00 am       Last Names A-H
10:00 am – 11:00 am     Last Names I-P
11:00 am – 12:00 pm     Last Names Q-Z


If you have not yet requested a 2019-2020 Parking Pass or sent in the required paperwork, you may still do so by filling out the parking request form online and sending in the required documents (license, registration, proof of insurance, Alive at 25 Certificate) to If you have not yet taken the Alive at 25 course, you may access the schedule of multiple course offerings across the Midlands online. Again, this course is required for anyone who wishes to park on campus. The deadline to request a parking pass and send in the required forms is Thursday, August 8th.
