Work Readiness Summer Camps

Summer Camp for High School

This three week camp will provide an opportunity for high school students to explore Career and Technical Education programs offered in Richland One. Students will be able to interact with local businesses and industries for internships and networking for future employment. Students will participate in simulated, employer-sponsored workplace field studies. The camp’s objectives include: improving students’ knowledge of career options; preparing students to make informed decisions about education and career choices; developing personal, social, education and career skills; providing students opportunities to explore careers with an emphasis on soft skills; and discovering career and job opportunities in the local community.
