Attendance and Seat Time Recovery Policy for Richland One/ROMC

SC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SEAT TIME RECOVERY POLICY

1 credit course, the student may have up to 10 absences. Six (6) makeup days will be allowed with seat time.

½ credit course. The student may have 5 absences. Three (3) Makeup days will be allowed with seat time.

Absences for family vacations, trips, and other activities not scheduled during school holiday periods or during finals will not be approved.

Example: If student misses 9 days in Government or Economics, he/she will be required to retake the entire class.
