Families play an important role in the school success of children. There are many different ways that you can get involved and support your children’s learning. Whether you attend PTO meetings, volunteer in your child’s classroom, help with the book fair, or just read with your child at home each night, you are making a contribution that will help your child do well in school.
Family engagement is important to us at Caughman Road Elementary and our Student Intervention Council (SIC) would like to make it even better by ensuring our community stakeholders feedback is heard. You can help us form a better partnership between school and home by answering the questions on the survey link attached. The link will record your answers anonymously or you can print a copy and return the completed survey to the front office so they can return it to the SIC office box. If you have any questions about the survey or about our school’s current family-engagement opportunities, please don’t hesitate to give Doris Burton (Family Engagement Specialist) or leave a message for a SIC member at 783-5534.
