  • B Strong Group Blood Drive

     

    The B Strong Group is an organization that has been formed to support the causes of children and adults with sickle cell disease. Their 2nd Annual Birthday Bash and Blood Drive for Braden Green (a Crayton student) will be held March 30th from 10-4 pm at Caughman Road Park. Their website is The B Strong Group.   • Crayton PTO Board Seeking Members

     

    The Crayton PTO Board is currently seeking members to fill Board positions for the 2019-2020 school year.  If you are interested in serving on the PTO Board, please complete the form below and return it to the front office by February 15, 2019. Joining the PTO Board is the best way to stay informed about what is going on at Crayton.  The PTO Board regularly approves and funds projects which positively impact the education and well-being of our students and improve the school as a whole.  Please consider becoming part of the Crayton PTO Board!

  • Rainy Day Dismissal 

     

    Parents and students, in anticipation of rainy weather next week, this is a reminder that students with an umbrella ☔️ will be allowed to wait in the median of the parking lot at dismissal instead of under the awning on rainy days. 🌧💦☔️

  • Teen Talk Program and Lessons

     

    Teen Talk is a weekly youth development program for middle and high school students held during each participating school’s lunch period. Lunch is provided for Teen Talk participants. The program is designed to help teens get through a challenging time in life. The program helps teens make good choices toward a bright future. Some of the topics and lessons are Healthy Relationships, Body Image, Friendship Limits and Talking with Parents.

     

    Crayton's Teen Talk groups meet every Wednesday during the students' lunch period. The first meeting will be on October 3rd in room 126.

     

    Students can pick up a registration form from the Attendance Office and return it to any guidance counselor. You can also register online at the following website:

  • Sports Pre-participation Athletic Forms

     

    The Athletic Department at Crayton Middle School now hosts their Pre-participation Athletic Forms online with ArbiterAthlete, powered by PlanetHS, a software company committed to keeping your student(s) safe. This digital platform will allow you, and your student(s), to complete and access athletic forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. It is HIPPA, COPPA and FERPA compliant.

     

    Athletes cannot participate in sports until digital forms are complete, unless otherwise specified by your school. Forms will be valid for the entire school year for which they are filled out, with the exception of the physical exam provided by your physician which will reflect the policy set in place by your athletic department.

    The PowerSchool Mobile App gives the parents instant access to information they need to stay informed on student grades, performance, and attendance.

  • Staggered Dismissal

     

    Crayton will be doing a staggered dismissal for the safety of students. Walkers will be dismissed approximately 5 minutes after our car riders.


     

    DLE Consent

     

    DLE consent must be signed by parents/guardians prior to laptop distribution.  The annual laptop fee is $30.00 and can be paid in cash or with a check made payable to Crayton Middle School.
