Enhanced Virtual Learning Program Overview:

  • Virtual: 4 days per week (7:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.)
  • Face-to-Face: 1 day per week (Optional)
  • Class-size: 20 students maximum
  • Synchronous Instructional Time
  • Grades K-3: 2-3 hours per day
  • Grades 4-5: 3-4 hours per day
  • Transportation Provided

  • Extended Learning: Virtual After-school CRP (2:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M.)

  • Virtual School Program Family and Community Model featuring connections and support

Characteristics of a Virtual Learner

Is this program right for my child? If you answer "yes" to the characteristics below, then the program is right for your child! 

Virtual learners can:

  • perform at proficient levels in most subject areas including technology.
  • communicate effectively and can clearly express himself/herself.
  • seek guidance from parent/s and ask for help when needed.
  • comprehend grade-level content.
  • handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines and demands of online learning.
  • follow all attendance guidelines of the District.
  • work independently and coorperatively with others.

Application Process

  • Application Completion
  • Lottery (if applicable)
  • Notification of acceptance email sent to parents
  • Parent acceptance or denial notification due

Note: Special consideration will be given to siblings. Separate applications will need to be completed for each child.
