Inside his office, Principal Montgomery keeps this quote by Booker T. When a middle or high school student is dealing with significant behavioral issues, depending on the situation, they are sent to Richland One’s Olympia Learning Center. For Bobbie Hartwell, Jr., who is in his fifth year as Olympia’s principal, his job is to lead the way in providing those students with a second chance.
