     Have you been working on your "WHOLE" Self?  If not, what areas of improvement are needed?  Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that we CANNOT pour from an empty cup.  A part of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Recovery Month is National Wellness Week—which is celebrated annually during the third week of September.  This initiative was launched to inspire individuals and communities to incorporate the Eight Dimensions of Wellness into their lives.  Wellness involves having the following listed below:



    * Purpose in Life

    * Satisfying work and play

    * Joyful relationships

    * A healthy body and living environment; and 

    * Happiness
