• Make sure you are charging your laptop daily!

    Often issues with laptops can be resolved by simply doing a restart.   A restart is when you click the start icon located on the lower left corner of the screen (looks like a window).  Click the icon and look for shutdown. There will be an arrow on the right with a drop down menu. Click on "restart".  When the laptop returns to the login screen, log back in with your username and password. If your problem is not resolved, contact the Infomation Technology Department (see below).

    The Information Technology (IT) Department will provide technical support to all staff, students, and parents of Richland School District 1 on eLearning Days. The IT Support Team can be reached by calling 803-231-7436. This number will be active Monday through Friday from the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    If remote assistance is unable to correct the issue the student/family can schedule a time to return the device to their home school for replacement.  Contact Jessica Cypress at jessica.cypress@richlandone.org
