Richland One is excited to announce the launch of a new district brand.
We began the rebranding process by gathering input from students, parents, certified employees, classified employees, executive leadership, Board of School Commissioners, community and business partners, and other stakeholders through focus groups and a district-wide survey. Our research also included a review of existing data, including the surveys administered through Studer Education.
To develop the new brand identity, the Office of Communications partnered with a local design firm, Trevett’s. Through our partnership, we have developed a simple, yet iconic, mark that is composed of the letter R and the number 1 built into a shield. The shield is a symbol of stability and longevity, a reflection of the district’s history in the capital city. The color palette, purple and mint green, helps refresh and energize the brand. This balance of stability and friendliness reflects the essence of the Richland One family.
