All parents are welcome to join our general meeting each month at Columbia High School in the media center. Our meetings are on Mondays once a month from 6:15-7:00pm.

Columbia High School PTSA Officers
Dr. Lillie Burgess~PTSA President
Dr. Burgess is a professor at Benedict College and has been the PTSA President for three years. Thanks to her leadership, Columbia HS PTSA have established a sound governance board and lead to help implemented programs and services to assist the school and students of Columbia High.
As the President, some of her duties is to preside at all of the meetings, coordinate the work of the officers, provide direction and feedback to the officers and members, appoint special committees and act as the liaison to the SC PTSA organization.
Ms. Vida Marshall~ PTSA Vice-President
Mrs. Marshall has served as Vice President for three years and gives of her time and resources to help support school wide goals and needs of students.
As the Vice President, her role is to act as aid to the President, perform the duties of the President in his/her absence or inability to act, perform other such duties as determined by the Executive Committee.
Ms. Rose Holley ~ Treasurer
Mrs. Holley has served as Treasurer since the beginning of the 2016 school year. She brings her finance experience to the Treasurer position. As the Treasurer, her role and responsibilities is to maintain full account of the funds of the association, keep full accurate account of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the association, deposit all monies, disburse funds in accordance to the budget, and track and make income and expenditure reports at all meetings.
Coletta Bethea ~ Secretary
Mrs. Bethea has served as Secretary since the beginning of the 2016 school year. She brings her creative ideas to the association and documents all meeting accounts.
As the Secretary, her role is attend all meetings of the association, keeps accurate records of the business meetings and transactions, act as clerk and will record all votes, provide duties as directed by the President or Executive Committee, and provide and manage all records and documents of the association and committee.
