Meet the Team: Ms. Kelly Rivers

Kelly Rivers is an accomplished educational leader with more than 25 years of experience in teaching, school leadership, and district administration. She currently serves as Deputy Superintendent of Academics for Richland One, where she leads efforts to improve student achievement through excellence in teaching and learning.

Throughout her career, she has served as an executive director, principal, director of early childhood education, and literacy leader, championing innovative programs in literacy, early childhood education, and multilingual learning. Kelly holds a bachelor's degree from Denison University, a master's degree from The Ohio State University, and administrative licensure from Ashland University.

She is a nationally recognized presenter and advocate for ensuring every student has access to high-quality instruction and opportunities to succeed.
