Watkins-Nance Elementary’s National Beta Club Receives Diamond Pillar of Service Award

Watkins-Nance Elementary School’s National Beta Club has been named a recipient of the organization’s 2026 Diamond Pillar of Service Award.

The Pillar of Service Award celebrates Beta Clubs that demonstrate exceptional dedication to serving their schools and communities. There are three pillars a club can be awarded based on the number of service hours each member contributes:

  • Silver: 50-75 service hours per member
  • Gold: 76-99 service hours per member
  • Diamond: 100+ service hours per member

Watkins-Nance was one of 62 schools in the United States to receive the Diamond Pillar of Service Award. Twenty-five students were involved in Watkins-Nance’s Beta Club during the 2025-2026 school year. Each student served an average of 376.7 service hours.
