MOVING SERVICES REQUESTS

Movement Services Request Process

Movement Services handles relocation of furniture and heavy-duty equipment across the district. They also assist with setup for district events by providing tables and chairs.

Important: 

All requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the requested service date.

Steps to Submit a Request:

Step 1: 

Submit you request through the SchoolDude Portal.

Step 2: 

In SchoolDude, select "Moving" as the request type. 

     Note: Only requests submitted via SchoolDude will be processed.

Step 3

Movement Services will review the work order to ensure it falls within their scope.

     Note: If the request pertains to another department, it will be "denied".

Step 4: 

If approved, the request is assigned to a truck driver. 

     Note: Service on the requested date is not guaranteed. If there are conflicts due to prior scheduled request, the Moving Services Supervisor Mr. Brian Albert will notify you with further scheduling options.        

Step 5: 

After completion, the driver will update the status to "COMPLETED" in SchoolDude and document the actions taken.
