QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be 18 years of age for Bus Aide, 21 years of age for Bus Driver for RCH1

2. Successfully complete and submit an online application

3. Three (3) professional references, with one being completed by current employer.

4. Clean background and acceptable 10-year driving record check.

5. Must pass federal drug/alcohol screening and agree to random drug/alcohol testing.

6. Tuberculin Skin Test. (TB) required upon hiring.

7. DOT Physical for CDL drivers and basic physical for aides.

8. Pass a Physical Performance Test (drivers & aides)

9. Requires Class B or A commercial driver’s license with (P) Passenger and (S) School Bus endorsements for drivers.

10. Must attend 20-hour course required by the SC Department of Education.
