Returning Student Registration

The SnapCode is like a key to your child’s registration for the upcoming school year. You will need a unique SnapCode for each child.  

Any parent who completed a New Student Registration through the PowerSchool Enrollment system already has an Enrollment Account and should log in using the email or cell phone number they used to create the account.

NOTE: You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.

If you have never used the Enrollment System to register a student, you must create a new account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back later if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number to create an account.

You are required to provide two (2) documents to verify residency. Proof of residency must be in the parent/legal guardian's name and must be dated within thirty (30) days of the date it is uploaded in the online Returning Student Registration. Poor quality pictures and incomplete documents cannot be accepted.

Below are acceptable address verification documents: 

Proof of Residency #1: all the pages to your current, unexpired lease, rental agreement, or mortgage statement, deed, property tax bill. The property address must be visible.

Proof of Residency #2: Utility or residental service bill, examples include: electric, gas, water/sewage, landline phone, cable/satellite/internet. The service address must be visible.

If your family is living with another family, you must complete a Shared Housing Affidavit packet. The packet and information regarding the Shared Housing process can be found on the Richland One website at Shared Housing Proof of Residence - Richland School District One. This packet must be completed every school year that your family continues to reside at your current residence or if you move into another family's home.

Complete and submit your student's form. Then, contact the assigned school to schedule a time to bring your documents to the school.

When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the student's current school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. 

Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one student and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” or copy shared family information, which will save you time. You will need each student's SnapCode to complete their form.
