The Office of Learning Environments and Instructional Resources (LEIR) is responsible for vetting, evaluating and monitoring elementary and secondary digital instructional resources that support teaching and learning.  A description of these resources, expectations for usage and the targeted audience is provided in our guidance document and on our site.
