Phone System

The district has implemented a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone system.  Each school and district site has a VOIP administrator.  School staff are asked to speak to that person first for name changes, password resets, and to receive another copy of the email from voip@convergednetworks.com that allows you to use the 3CX web application for our phone system. 

District staff experiencing issues are asked to submit a One to One Plus ticket and select Telephone Services as their ticket type and indicate their issue.  

If you did not receive the email from voip@convergednetworks.com and are a district level staff member, submit a One to One Plus ticket requesting the email be resent.

IT only supports the 3CX application on district purchased cell phones.  Staff that install the application on their personal devices do so at their own risk.
