Richland One Digital Requestion Acquisition Process Expedited (DRAPE)

2024-2025 DRAPE Form (Updated 4.24.2024) This form must be completed digitally as it has drop-down menus.  Do not print out and then use a pen to complete.  You will need to save a copy before completing the form. Any DRAPEs submitting for the school year must be in this form.  Old forms will be returned. 

All documents and completed DRAPE form must be combined into 1 (one) PDF and emailed to draperequests@richlandone.org

We do not accept printed copies of DRAPE forms.

List A (District Approved, District Purchased) 2024-2025 School Year Due Date:  May 10, 2024

List B (District Approved, School Purchased) 2024-2025 School Year Due Date: May 24, 2024

List C (Anything not on List A and/or List B) 2024-2025 School Year Due Date:  June 10, 2024

DRAPEs submitted after June 10, 2024 for the 2024- 2025 School Year must be sent to Dr. Kevin Hasinger at kevin.hasinger@richlandon.org for prior approval before submitting to draperequests@richlandone.org
