Per Human Resource Services-Benefits, please advised that the 2025 Open Enrollment period begins Monday, September 15, 2025 and ends Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Election changes made during this period will take effect on January 1, 2026.
Ward Services, our third-party administrator, will be on site to assist employees with Open Enrollment changes. Your campus location will have posters displayed with meeting times.

Reminders For Open Enrollment:
- Adding Dependents:
- If you're adding a dependent who is not currently covered, you must provide Supporting Documentation at the time of enrollment.
- Changes will not be processed without the required documentation.
· Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA):
o If you wish to enroll or re-enroll in a Medical Spending Account (full or limited-use) or Dependent Care FSA for 2026, you must do so during Open Enrollment.
· You may carry over up to $660 of unused 2025 Medical Spending funds into the 2026 plan year.
Note: If you are enrolled in a Health Savings Account (Savings Plan participants only), no re-enrollment is required.
Before Open Enrollment:
- Review current insurance and retirement records
- Update contact information
- Beneficiary information (names, addresses, phone numbers)
- For insurance, go to MyBenefits
- For retirement account, go to Member Access or contact State ORP vendor if applicable
