Database Reporting: To document student enrollment, students will be listed as enrolled at their home school. Once they complete all requirements for a high school diploma, they will be issued from the home high school. A weekly audit will be done on the progress of all students. Reports will be sent to the homeschool (Principal and Guidance Chair) on each student. Students will receive an interim grade and a quarter grade that will lead to a final grade at the end of each course. Attendance is checked daily. It’s very important to know that students are under the 3,5,7 rule that could lead to the withdrawal of students from the Evening High School Program. On 3 consecutive unexcused absences parents will receive a phone call and a letter from the Evening High School Program Principal or his designee as a general warning. On 5 consecutive unexcused absences, a Multi-Tiered System of Support Team meeting will be held, and students will be placed on an attendance contract.
