Overview
The mission of Richland One is to ensure that every elementary school student receives a high-quality science education. A strong science foundation prepares students to become college-and-career-ready by providing them opportunities for exploration, collaboration, and problem-solving. The 5e Science Model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Extend, Evaluate) is a framework that supports both teaching and learning in Richland One. Additionally, students should have the opportunity to engage in science to expand their knowledge for future careers in STEM fields.
