PowerSchool/PowerTeacher User Guidelines Document for Accounts (Updated 5.26.2022)

UPDATED FORMS-OLD FORMS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED: THIS NEW FORM MUST BE COMPLETED DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY AND IS NOT TO BE PRINTED AND COMPLETED AS IT HAS DROP DOWN MENUS.  Once completed, the form can be saved and staff can use Adobe to send for a signature.  Please see the Adobe Videos for assistance if needed. All staff have access to Adobe by going to Adobe.com and using their district credentials to log in.  If staff wish to have the desktop version downloaded to their computer, they can submit a One to One Plus ticket and select Adobe as their ticket type.  

PowerSchool Account Form (Updated 2.5.2024)

UPDATED FORMS-OLD FORMS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED:  PowerSchool Account Change Request Form (Updated 10.3.2023)

PowerSchool Teacher Account Transfer Microsoft Form (This form must be completed by any teacher that is transferring schools within the district.  See the form for additional information.)

De-Activate PowerSchool Account (This form must be completed by anyone leaving the district.)

PowerSchool Teacher Accounts:  NEW TEACHERS TO THE DISTRICT ONLY Microsoft Form (Temporary solution for getting teachers in the system to create schedules. Teachers still need to complete the PowerSchool Account Form and upload to a One to One Plus ticket.)
