Do I have to register every year?

What documents are required to register my child?

All Grades:

The following documents are required for registration and should be uploaded in the online application:

Two (2) address verification documents.
- Documents must list the name(s) of the Parent or Legal Guardian.
  - If residing in another family's home, the parent must complete the Shared Housing Proof of Residence
- You must provide ALL the pages of the documents.
- The documents must be current/unexpired.
  - 1. Rental/Homeowner confirmation
    - Lease/rental agreement
    - Mortgage bill/statement
    - Property Tax Bill or Receipt
    - Deed
  - 2. Utility Bill (documents must be dated no more than 30 days before the date your registration or application is submitted):
    - Electric
    - Gas
    - Water/Sewage
    - Phone Bill (Landline)
    - Cable/Satellite
    - Internet
    - Renters/Homeowner's Insurance
Last Report Card/Transcript
- 6th-12th grade: Failure to provide a copy of your child's transcript may delay enrollment

SC Immunization Record
- Immunization records from another state must be transferred to a SC immunization certificate by a medical provider or by visiting an DPH office.

Parent's state or government issued photo ID, passport, or visa

If you encounter any issues uploading your documents, please continue completing the application. Once submitted, you can take the documents in person to your child’s school for upload.

Will I be able to register multiple students at once?

Yes! Once you have completed the first form, you will be given the option (on the Confirmation page) to start another registration form. Selected family information will prepopulate the form for your additional children. This means that once you enter your name, address, emergency contacts, etc., for one child, it will link to your next child’s form without having to re-enter the data. You will still be required to provide information that is specific for each child.

I've completed the form, now what?

Once you have finished entering your child’s information, click Submit. This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all REQUIRED questions. Required questions that are missing a response will be marked in red on the Confirm and Submit page. If this fails call the Support Line at 1-866-752-6850.

Once you have successfully submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation email. You may then contact your child's school to finalize enrollment.
