Body Conditioning
Students- please email your teacher your assignments each week. Please put your name, day and block in the subject or in the body of the email. Example- John Smith 1A
Body Conditioning - 15 days of lessons
ALL body conditioning classes will do the same workout.
Follow along with this daily workout plan, you should complete at least 3 per week. After the completion of EACH WORKOUT, immediately email the teacher on your schedule with how many rounds of the workout you completed. This will also act as your time-stamp. Most all of you are athletes, so please take this seriously while we are out and do extra when you can.
