If a student does not remember their laptop username teachers may look this up:

•  Open email

•  Search for the student’s name in the address box

•  The email will pop up

•  The first half of the email is the username

   

If a student does not remember their password, must contact IT Support to reset password

• The IT Support Team can be reached by calling 803-231-7436. This number will be active Monday through Friday from the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• They must log in at a school OR at a Bus wi-fi.

• Location:  Enter South Carolina

• School:  C.A. Johnson High School

• Log in using your student ID number (either 8 or 5 digits)

• Use your six digits birthdate as your password (ex. Oct. 31, 2003 would be 103103)

• You must log in to check-out books
