    Message from the District to Dreher High School Faculty and Staff:


    "As you know, Principal Jeanne Stiglbauer is retiring at the end of the 2018-2019 school year. We thank Mrs. Stiglbauer for her many years of dedicated service to Dreher and Richland One.


    Richland One is pleased to announce that Kevin Hasinger will be the new principal at Dreher. Mr. Hasinger has served as principal at Satchel Ford Elementary School since July 2014. He began his 20-year career in education as an orchestra teacher and went on to serve as an assistant principal and principal before coming to Richland One from Fayetteville, North Carolina. He will assume his duties at Dreher effective July 1, 2019.


    We are confident that Mr. Hasinger will bring leadership, experience and enthusiasm to Dreher as he works collaboratively with the entire school community to continue and build on Dreher’s proud tradition of excellence. Please be on the lookout for information in the coming weeks about a meet-and-greet for Mr. Hasinger. Students, staff, parents and community members will be invited to attend."




  • Carroll Kelley Named Administrator at Dreher

    Carroll Kelley As we say a fond goodbye to Assistant Principal Veronne Davis, we welcome our new Administrator, Carroll Kelley, appointed by the Board of School Commissioners on September 25.


    Mr. Kelly graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and earned two Master's degrees: one in counseling and the second in education administration.  He graduated from AC Flora High School and has served in various classroom, athletic, and administrative positions.  We look forward to his leadership and guidance.


    Ms. Davis has accepted an appointment as a central office administrator in the Sumter County School District with responsibility for multiple district functions including Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, and other student support services.  We’re so proud of Ms. Davis and wish her the best in her new opportunity!
