Will you be attending Hand next school year?  

Parents/Guardians:

Beginning June 3, 2020, the Returning Student Verification in Parent Portal will be available.  This should be completed using a computer or tablet.  Please sign in to your parent portal account (not your student’s account), complete the update, and upload your proof of residency(must be PDF format).  Proof of residency includes a lease or mortgage statement and one current utility bill (no more than 30 days old).  If you are unable to upload your documents you may email your proof of residency to registrationhms@richlandone.org or mail copies to Registrar, Hand Middle School, 2600 Wheat Street, Columbia, SC  29205
