    Richland One TV is Richland School District One’s award-winning cable-access channel.
    R1TV can be viewed by residents in the Greater Columbia area on Spectrum Cable Channel 1303 or on the R1TV On Demand page.

    The R1TV staff is responsible for producing programming for educational, informational, promotional and professional development purposes.

    R1TV has won multiple awards over the years from the South Carolina Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association and from the national organization itself. 
    Original programming includes district news and events, school board meetings, and district programs and initiatives.
