Information Technology Processes and Procedures

  • IT Meeting and Event Support

If IT support is needed for meetings, the office/department requesting the support must submit a One to One Plus ticket at least two weeks in advance.  Support includes, but not limited to, a technician and/or access to specific URL(s) (website addresses) for the event.  If the meeting requires support for sound (videos and/or microphones), a request for theater services support must be made.  Visit the Theatre Services Request Forms website for more information.

The IT Event Support Protocol document provides an overview of the processes offices, departments, and schools must follow in order to receive support from IT for larger district events.
