• "Whisper," Dreher's Literary and Art Magazine, Wins National Award

    Literary Magazine advisor Jennifer Gorlewski is thrilled to announce that "Whisper," Dreher's annual Literary and Art Magazine, has been named a "REALM First Class" (highest honor) magazine in the 2022 NCTE Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) contest.  She is shown here with editors Alex Kolomoets (left) and Brook Barilla (right).

  • Female Diversity Award in AP Computer Science A for 2021-2022 School Year

    Dreher is one of only 209 schools nationwide to receive the 2022 AP Computer Science A (AP CSA)'s "Female Diversity Award."

    Last year 60% of our AP CSA students were female, as was their teacher, Alison Schriro. Giving females access to computer science courses helps promote gender parity in the industry’s high-paying jobs.
