Each day during Black History Month, our resident Black History trivia expert, CTE teacher Kelly Brooks, posed a question to our students.  The first one to respond with the correct answer received a ticket for a slice of pizza at the canteen.  A lesson plus lunch!

In preparation for Black History Month we asked students to share their dream on our poster. Some had very specific ones-become a psychologist, actress, welder, doctor, real estate agent, etc. Others were more general ("be successful," be a billionaire"). Still others had dreams of peace, happiness, and care/concern for others. may all their dreams come true.
