Our Program

  • Through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and Aerospace opportunities, students in the Richland One BLAST (Building Lasting Aerospace STEAM Trajectories) Magnet Program at Watkins- Nance Elementary School will have unique opportunities to increase their science, technology, engineering and math skills while building awareness for aerospace. A rigorous, fast-paced curriculum challenges students from kindergarten through fifth grade to achieve high levels of engagement and success through our project-based learning units built upon South Carolina state standards. The program is available by application and lottery selection. Please attend one of the information sessions listed below or contact our Magnet Lead for more information:

  • How Can I Enroll My Child? :

    Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now closed, applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open mid December.
