CogAT and Iowa Assessments will be given to all 2nd Grade students from Monday, October 10 through Friday, October 14. The test will be administered starting at 8:30 each morning.

The CogAT and Iowa tests are nationally standardized aptitude tests which measure student success and performance in reading and mathematics.

This test will determine whether your child qualifies for the gifted and talented program.

While the tests are not timed, each day’s assessment will take a minimum of one hour.
