Richland One is committed to the teaching and learning of accelerated mathematics in grades 3-5 with a focus on conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem solving. Students served in the Advanced Academic Programs (AAP) Mathematics class are exposed to Project M³: Mentoring Mathematical Minds, a series of supplemental curriculum units developed to motivate and challenge mathematically talented students in grades 3-6.
