  • Supporting Parents in Educational Decisions

    Crayton Middle and A.C. Flora High Schools are hosting an online parental suport meeting to help plan for the transition to life after school.  Hosted by our Parent & Family Engagement Specialist Mrs. Love.  Please see the link for a flyer with more information and the Zoom meeting link.

  • Governor’s School Presentation

    This Thursday, October 21st @ 5:30pm there will be a presentation for prospective students interested in the Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities.  You can find the Zoom link here.  The password to join is SCGSAH and will begin at 5:30.

  • Picture Day!

    Jostens will be here to take yearbook photos next Monday, October 18th.    Pictures can be viewed and purchased on-line at Jostenspix.com after picture day is over. You can personalize your picture and select your background.

    Please do not allow your student to wear green as they will not show up with the green screen background.

    Dress your best and wear your smile!

  • Parent Teacher Conferences - October 29th

    Hello Crayton Families!  This year's Parent-Teacher Conferences will be help virtually, either through a phone call or Teams Video call.  You can book your student's teachers here.

  • Basketball Try-Outs

    Tryouts for the Girls Basketball team will be Nov. 1st & 2nd and the Boys will hold tryouts Nov. 4th & 5th. All forms (Health History & Physical) must be filled out by a physician and in Planet High School (directions here) in order to tryout. If they are not in by the day of tryouts, you will not be allowed to tryout. Please see Coach Harris for questions about Girl's tryouts and Coach Hawkins for questions about Boy's tryouts.

  • Spring and Summer Football/Volleyball Information 

    Spring and Summer practices for Crayton football and Volleyball are rapidly approaching. In order for your student to participate  in spring practices, summer practices, tryouts or any athletic activity, all athletes must have an up-to-date physical exam form along with all other require forms on the Planet High School website. The physical exam form must be completed and dated on or after April 1, 2021 of this school year to be valid for the spring, summer and next school year. Please see the link below for all relevant information and needed forms. Spring and Summer practice schedules will be available on the website April 19, 2021.

  • Urgent Concerning Pandemic EBT Cards.

    State agencies are working to provide Pandemic EBT benefits to qualifying children across South Carolina. All households with potentially eligible students are strongly encouraged to validate their address in the DSS P-EBT Address Portal on or before March 19, 2021. The P-EBT Address Portal is located on the DSS website and here. You will need your Student Last Name, Date of Birth, Student ID, School District and School Name. The student ID is the same as your students Mastry Connect log in or contact the school if you need assistance.

  • Gifted and Talented Artistic Auditions 

    The 2021 Gifted and Talented Artistic Auditions will be held virtually for grade 5-11 students intested in gifted and talented dance and theater. The deadline is March 19, 2021.

  • Afternoon Pick-up


    The traffic route in the afternoon has not changed, but there is a new safety measure.  To request your child out of the building you will need to scan our QR code (see the video above).  You do not need to download an app, most smartphones will read a QR code from your camera application.  Here is a practice QR code that should take you to our district website:

    Microsoft Teams for Education is a platform enabling lectures, discussions that scale from one-on-one chat to larger group conversation, and the option of focused content work, like assignments and a Class Notebook.

  • Technical Support for eLearning


    The Information Technology (IT) Department will provide technical support to all staff, student and parents of Richland School District 1 on eLearning Days. The IT support Team can be reached by calling 803-231-7436. This number will be active Monday through Friday from the hours of 7 am to 5 pm.
