Larosse Tryouts at AC Flora
Lacrosse tryouts for 7th - 12th graders will be held at Bolden Stadium February 1st and 2nd from 4:30pm to 6:15pm. Players must be registered and cleared on PlanetHS in order to participate. Players need all lacrosse safety equipment except a helmet (provided). If players need equipment, please contact Coach Purdy ahead of time. 803-600-8996
Track Tryouts
Track tryouts for 7th and 8th grade students only will begin at 4:15pm on February 16, 2021 and end February 18, 2021. Tryouts will last approximately an hour and a half each day. Your child must be picked up no later than 6pm. Athletes should wear athletic clothes, running shoes and bring their own water bottle to practice. Prior to trying out for the Track team, you and your child must complete and submit all the forms on https://www.planeths.com/index.php?keyword=%2Fuser%2Fsignin&schoolID=0 . This includes a physical dated after April 1, 2020.

New Basketball Procedures
Crayton will no longer permit attendance in any capacity for basketball games in accordance with Richland School District One's guidelines for safe play. This includes but is not limited to parents, teachers, coach's family members, and any school staff not directly associated with the team. Crayton will not allow spectators into the building but is checking on the possibility of streaming the games online. This information is effective immediately and we will continue to update as necessary.
The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is a Christmas project sponsored by the James R. Clark Memorial Sickle Cell Foundation and Prisma Health which serves children who are affected by sick cell disease. You can make a tremendous difference by donating a new unwrapped toy (birth through 16 years of age) by Friday, December 18, 2020.

Boys Lacrosse Interest
If you are interested in playing Boys Lacrosse at AC Flora in the spring, please complete the Boys Lacrosse Interest Form. Once the the coaches have received the information, they will contact students and parents. If you have any questions, please contact Head Coach Mickey Purdy.

The traffic route in the afternoon has not changed, but there is a new safety measure. To request your child out of the building you will need to scan our QR code (see the video above). Immunization for 7th Graders
Hello, Crayton Middle School 7th grade parents. I hope everyone has been staying safe over these past few months. We will be starting the school year on August 31st and I will need proof of the 7th-grade immunization Tdap. If you have not provided proof of the Tdap immunization to me, please do so prior to August 31st. All immunizations are required to attend school no matter what forum in the state of SC.

Middle School Athletics - Covid Parent Letter (click to vew)
Middle School Athletics will not return to practice or play until August 19, 2020 the first day of the 2020-21 school year per Richland School District One. Athletes are required to have a completed registration packet on PlanetHS, wear a face mask during specified times, and provide their own water bottle once we return to practice. Please be flexible as we return to practice as additional procedures may be enacted for the safety of our student athletes. NO PHYSICALS FROM LAST YEAR ARE VALID UPON OUR RETURN!!! No player is going to be able to participate if they are not academically eligible and have an updated physical with all the corresponding forms uploaded into PlanetHS. Crayton does not accept paper forms. PLEASE do not wait until school starts to complete the necessary online forms or download your students physical forms! Volleyball and Football tryouts will begin the first week of school! Your family doctor is great, but Doctor's care also has $15 physicals and you can check in online and they text you when they are ready for you to come up.
