Dear Families and Stakeholders,

Welcome back to the 2024-2025 school year! I am excited that you and your child(ren) are a part of the Edward. E Taylor family.

As a passionate educator with almost three decades in the field of education, I’m ecstatic to continue leading the Mighty Raiders, as a part of the Richland One Team in, “transforming lives through education empowering all students to achieve their fullest potential and dreams”.

Love-believable is our E.E Taylor word for the year. We are promoting love and belief in self  love and kindness to our peers, and amongst our staff! We know that Love conquers all to include our ability to reach our fullest academic and social potential.

My core education beliefs:

1. The education of our children is the foundation for future success.

2. All students can learn and must be actively engaged to maximize their learning opportunities.

3. The collaboration from all stakeholders (parents, community members, and educators) is imperative to successful learning outcomes.

4. We must maintain, model, and foster a growth mindset to yield positive outcomes “Love-believable.

5. A classroom and schoolwide community creates a sense of belonging and ownership.

6. Instructional time is Golden and should be treated a such.

It is my hope that we can work on one accord to be the Village that raises productive citizens for our future! I look forward to an engaging school year with you.
