IMPACT AID SURVEY
The Impact Aid survey is very important because it allows our school district to obtain financial assistance based on the number of students who are federally connected in one of the following areas:
The student resides on federal property, Indian land, or in low-rent housing.
The student’s parent or guardian works for the federal government or works on federal property.
The student’s parent or guardian is serving in the military.
Please complete the survey form no later than November 11, 2020. It is important that you complete one survey form for each student within you family. The more students we can count, the higher the percentage of funding our district will receive.

A Message from the Principal
Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year. Here at H.B. Rhame Elementary School, we are on a "Quest to be the Best". Our Rhame Saints are college bound and career destined! Everyday our dynamic team of educators are preparing world changers empowered to transform our global society. I believe that great schools are the results of great teachers, so as the principal my primary objective is to ensure that every student is receiving high-quality instruction every day. The Rhame AVID program is in year 2 and is providing multiple opportunities for students to build and develop 21st century skills. Through our AVID program our students are “Creating Pathways to College and Career Readiness!” The tradition of Rhame lies in the strong partnerships we have sustained over the decades. Our community’s dedication, commitment and hard-work here makes us proud to say that we are Rhame Saints and here is “WHERE EXCELLENCE BEGINS”.
My passion has been and always will be educating students. You can expect that I will work diligently on behalf of every child to ensure a world class educational experience unfolds every day for every child. I have an open door policy, so please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions, concerns, or ideas you would like to share. I welcome your input and feedback. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve your families and community in this role and I look forward to making a positive impact as we launch the 2018-2019 school year “As One World, With Endless Possibilities!”
