King B.L. Jeffcoat is a retired Richland One administrator. He also served 40 years in the military, retiring as Command Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army Reserve's 3282nd Army Reserve School.
Jeffcoat is a member of the board's Administration Committee. He received a bachelor’s degree in math from Benedict College and a master’s in math and administration from Atlanta University. He is married and has a son. A sports enthusiast, Jeffcoat enjoys football, baseball, softball, track, reading, dancing, walking and lawn care.
