http://scssi.scetv.org/pact - The South Carolina Statewide Systemic Initiative presents a collection of PACT-like test items in the areas of Mathematics and Science.  The items included here have been correlated to the South Carolina Curriculum Standards.  The goal of the CSIB is to provide K-12 teachers with sample items to assist in the preparation of the Palmetto Achievement Challenge Test (PACT).  The items that appear have come from a variety of sources including released items from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), the third International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS), the Texas Academic Assessment (TAAS) and other sources.
