Richland County Detention Center	Required by Law
Southbridge	Required by law for juveniles who are incarcerated and are in need of a comprehensive  program to include clinical, medical, and educational components.
Carolina Children's Home	Clinical Day Center. Grades K-12
Epworth Children's Home	Educational services provided by district. Grades K-8
Midlands Marine Institute	Educational services. Grades 9-12
Passport for Success	An alternative to incarceration.  Grades 6-12
Builder's Program	Program for 4-8 grades recommended by Hearing Officer or by schools
Evening Alternative	Program for expelled Special Education students whose offense was unrelated to  handicap (45 days).
Instructional Services
LEO	A program designed to prevent high school dropouts
