in Education was formed in the 2000-01
school year by Ft. Jackson and Richland County
School District One to assist military students
in transitioning successfully into schools
in the district, with a special emphasis
on secondary students. Ten Action Plans guide
the intent of the partnership including steps
to address student records, co-curricula
activities, professional development for
staff and teachers at Fort Jackson and the
school district, financial aid for post-secondary
studies, graduation requirements, special
education, and other related areas. |
