‘Little Shop of Horrors
Keenan High School’s upcoming production of "Little Shop of Horrors" has everything - great music, dancing and acting - but one of the stars of show isn’t a student. It’s the man-eating, soulful-singing plant created by the Keenan robotics team. The curtain rises on this outstanding comedy on November 29 - 30 at the Keenan Theatre at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students.

Subway Spokesman
You know that guy Jared from those Subway commercials - the one who lost all that weight by eating the restaurant chain's healthy fare?

Well, Subway spokesman Jared Fogle will be in Richland One on Wednesday, November 29 spreading the message about the importance of eating healthy and being active. Fogle will speak to students at Hyatt Park Elementary from 8:30-9:15 a.m. And, yes, he'll bring the pants he used to have to squeeze into to illustrate just how much weight he's lost! Hyatt Park is located at 4200 Main Street.

Ralph Gilles, the lead designer of the award-winning Chrysler 300, will speak to students at Heyward Career and Technology Center at 1:30 p.m. Friday, December 1. Heyward is located at 3560 Lynhaven Drive.

At 36 years old, Gilles is DaimlerChrysler’s youngest vice president.
